I wholeheartedly believe that every time you create something in this industry, it’s an opportunity to flex, especially when you are not expected to.
Origins:
We were pitching a new business, and the meeting was taking place in our Cashmere office in West Adams, Los Angeles. It was assumed we would produce some sort of “swag” to give them on the way out, like a t-shirt or a hat. However, that is not how we roll. Not even a little bit. We wanted to give them something unexpected and memorable. So we gave them a little piece of the unique style, vibe and culture of our historic neighborhood. By creating an NFT to highlight exactly that, so they can bring home a little authentic piece of us. 12 listings were minted, one for each of our 12 clients.
